Britvic plc is delighted to announce that Munnawar Chishty, Marketing Director in Great Britain, has been chosen to be part of The Marketing Academy’s Europe, Middle East and Africa Fellowship Programme for 2024.
Munnawar’s cohort includes marketing leaders from household names including ASOS, Rightmove and L’Oréal.
Running across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the United States and more recently the Asia-Pacific region, the fellowship programme is a board level, executive development initiative, designed exclusively for marketing leaders and aimed at developing the skills for C-Suite level roles.
The programme’s curriculum covers all elements of board stewardship including strategy, corporate finance, organisational health, leading transformational change, operational effectiveness and stakeholder influence.
With impressive alumni including Hearst UK and Avon CEOs, new fellows will also enjoy one-to-one mentoring with seasoned Board members and are assigned an executive coach for the duration of the programme.

Munnawar brings a wealth of experience to the 2024 class, having previously worked with Walgreen Boots Alliance, where she was Vice President & Global Category Director, Beauty and oversaw its global portfolio of beauty brands including No7, Soap & Glory and Liz Earle.
She also developed some of the nation’s most loved and iconic campaigns, including the award-winning John Smith’s adverts featuring Peter Kay and the Walkers advertisements featuring the Spice Girls and Gary Lineker.
Despite only joining Britvic last year, Munnawar has used her creativity, leadership, and commercial focus to help deliver growth across the Britvic brands.
