7UP
The original lemon and lime soft drink since 1929. Fizzing with 100% natural lemon and lime flavours and free from colourings, preservatives and caffeine.
Our Range
- 7UP (Ve)
- 7UP Zero Sugar (Ve)
- 7UP Zero Sugar Cherry (Ve)
7UP was invented in Missouri by Charles Leiper Grigg, who spent more than two years testing 11 different formulas of lemon flavoured drinks with the aim of producing a wholesome and distinctive soft drink that would prove irresistible to consumers in the USA.
It first launched in 1929 as a caramel-coloured lemon-lime soda, which he positioned as a drink with a 'flavour wallop'. Despite launching at the start of the Great Depression and competing against 600 other lemon-lime soft drinks already in the marketplace, the new brand sold well and by the late 1940s had become the third best-selling soft drink in the world.
In 1970, the company introduced sugar-free 7UP, which was an immediate success among the growing number of calorie-conscious consumers.
Britvic has been bottling 7UP in Great Britain since 1987 and in the Republic of Ireland since 2007.
Today 7UP is bottled and distributed by Britvic in Great Britain and Ireland on behalf of PepsiCo and is widely available in all major retailers, foodservice, leisure and licensed outlets.
- Bib-Label Lithiated Lemon-Lime Soda was 7UP’s original tongue-twisting name, back when the drink contained lithium citrate, a mood-enhancing drug, until its use in soft drinks was banned in 1948.
- There are many theories as to where the 7UP takes its name from. Some say this is a reference to the number of ingredients in its original recipe, with UP referring to the lift provided by the lithium citrate in the original drink. Others have claimed this could be a result of 7UP originally being bottled in seven-ounce bottles, while competitor soft drinks were bottled in six-ounce bottles.
- Everyone's favourite cartoon mascot, Fido Dido, brought his own laid-back style to 7UP adverts in the 1990s and, in 2019, we welcomed him back to 7UP adverts and cans to celebrate the brand's 90th birthday. There was even a pop-up Fido Dido house in London where fans could chill.

Ballygowan
Ballygowan is Ireland’s original water brand. Its natural mineral water is available in Great Britain and Ireland, sourced deep underground from the town of Newcastle West, County Limerick.
Our Range
- Hint of Fruit
- Still Water
- Sparkling Water
- Water Coolers
The source of Ballygowan water was originally discovered in the 12th century by the Knights Templar. They named it Saint David’s Well and settled in the area. Eventually this community became the thriving town of Newcastle West in County Limerick. Saint David’s Well became the exclusive property of Ballygowan in the 1980s and its bottling plant sits nearby, in the picturesque surroundings of the Castle Demesne. Today Ballygowan water is drawn from an aquifer deep underground. Atlantic rain falls and takes 750 years to filter through calcium-rich limestone to join our source. We draw this naturally pure water and bottle it. Ballygowan – simply natural, with a uniquely refreshing taste.
Ballygowan is well known for its charitable giving and has supported many charitable causes over the years. From 2010–2013 the Ballygowan Pink campaign raised over €350,000 for Marie Keating Foundation and Action Cancer in Northern Ireland. In 2014 Ballygowan raised over €100,000 for the Irish Cancer Society and Marie Curie Cancer Care. In 2017 it built on this success, raising over €140,000 for these two charities in six months through the Ballygowan Gold initiative.
- The Ballygowan water source emerges at a temperature of 14.6°C having been naturally filtered, for centuries, through ancient rocks a distance of over 29km, to a depth of 235m.
- In January 2015, Ballygowan became the official soft drinks partner of Dublin GAA. Under the partnership, Ballygowan supports Dublin hurling and football teams across all age groups.
- Ballygowan has a long history of supporting Irish golf and is the official soft drinks partner of the Irish Open.

We’ve been making Gatorade in Great Britain on behalf of PepsiCo since 1987, but the brand's origins date back to 1965 on the campus of the University of Florida. The coach of the college's American football team, the Florida Gators, approached his friends in the science faculty with a problem. His players were so affected by the Florida heat that they were unable to perform at their best. The team of researchers developed a solution – a drink that replenished the carbohydrates that players burned and replaced the water and electrolytes they lost in sweat during sport.
The following year the Gators won the Orange Bowl championship for the first time in school history. Stokely-Van Camp, Inc. then began commercial production and sale of Gatorade.
In 1969 Gatorade became the official drink of the American National Football League (NFL), a title it holds to this day.
Today, Gatorade is available widely in major retailers and is the sports drink chosen by more professional athletes than any other brand, including football teams such as Arsenal, Barcelona and Liverpool FC, and the NBA to name a few.
Gatorade has been scientifically formulated to provide athletes with a carbohydrate-electrolyte solution that enhances the absorption of water during physical exercise and contributes to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise.
- 16 years after Gatorade was first developed, the Gatorade Sports Science Institute (GSSI) was founded in Barrington, Illinois, with the aim of sharing knowledge on sports nutrition and exercise science that enhances the performance and wellbeing of athletes.

The Lipton brand has been providing high quality tea to over 150 countries since 1880. The story of Lipton Ice Tea begins with Sir Thomas Lipton, born in Glasgow in 1848. Sir Thomas was a passionate explorer who travelled to exotic places around the globe. He was not one to follow normal conventions, and in 1862 he sailed to New York in search of new opportunities. He spent five years travelling all over the country working in a number of jobs, which helped him develop a head for business.
He later returned to Scotland to take over his parents' grocery business. Thanks to his enterprising spirit and his relationship with the media, he grew the business and completely turned it around, eventually opening over 200 stores. A fervent supporter of fair trade, Sir Thomas continued his travels around the world sourcing ingredients.
In 1890, he bought a Sri Lankan tea garden and began blending his own tea, making the drink more affordable for ordinary people. While his shops made him a millionaire, his tea business made him a multimillionaire leading to a knighthood in 1898.
Today, Lipton Ice Tea is made and sold by Britvic in the UK on behalf of Pepsi Lipton International and is available in major grocery stores, convenience retailers and wholesalers. You can also find it on dispense in fast food restaurants.
- Always a man of firsts, Sir Thomas took self-promotion to a whole new level, using spectacular publicity stunts at every opportunity. When the first Lipton grocery store opened in Glasgow in 1871, he celebrated by importing the world’s largest cheese and issuing Lipton currency notes. The man knew how to entertain, and it paid off – soon creating a nation of Lipton lovers.

Britvic has been making and selling Pepsi in Great Britain since 1987 and in Ireland since 2007. Originally known as Brad's Drink, Pepsi was first created in 1893 by a pharmacist in the US called Caleb D Bradham who began experimenting with combinations of spices, juice and syrups on a typical hot and humid day in North Carolina.
Mr Bradham wanted to offer a refreshing beverage to customers coming into his shop. Five years later Brad's Drink was trademarked and renamed Pepsi-Cola in 1898, and then Pepsi in 1961. Fast forward to today and Pepsi is one of the world's most iconic and recognised consumer brands.
Pepsi MAX, is our great tasting no sugar cola, originally launched in 1993. As part of our ongoing focus on helping consumers make healthier choices, we’ve led with Pepsi MAX on all advertising since 2005. In line with our focus on health, our innovation pipeline is weighted heavily towards no sugar. Recent innovations for the brand include Pepsi MAX Cherry, Pepsi MAX Raspberry and Pepsi MAX Lime.
While health is high on the agenda, taste is the number one reason for soft drink purchase choice, so we have focused on delivering our Pepsi MAX great taste message since 2016. Pepsi MAX also strives to be at the heart of key passion points for young people, sponsoring UEFA Champions League, the NFL and Live Nation gigs and festivals.
- Pepsi-Cola was named in 1898 after the root of the word dyspepsia and the kola nuts used in the recipe. The original recipe also included sugar and vanilla as Bradham sought to create a drink that was appealing, and would aid digestion and boost energy.
- Diet Pepsi was the original diet cola in the 1960s, 20 years before competitor diet cola products launched.

Robinsons is a much loved household brand and well known for its long-standing history of refreshing tennis players at the Wimbledon Championships, a story which began in 1935 when Robinsons Barley Water was first mixed in the changing rooms of the famous tournament. Before this, its origins can be traced back to founder Matthias Archibold Robinson, who experienced a fascinating and turbulent business career spanning the late 1700s and early 1800s.
Determined to make his mark at a time when trade in London was booming, Mr Robinson set up his own grocery business in the late 1700s. Initially highly successful, he devoted a sizeable portion of his time and profits to charity and became a key philanthropic figure of the early 19th century, including helping patients who could not afford hospital treatment, as well as charitable initiatives alongside King George III.
But as he reached the pinnacle of his career, Matthias was declared bankrupt in 1821 and spent the next eight years working to clear his debts. It was during this time that he invented and patented his Barley & Groats Powder, originally advertised as an ingredient for puddings and a thickening ingredient for soups. His invention turned his life around, won royal approval from Queen Victoria and became a central part of British history, eventually forming the basis of the Robinsons Barley Water created at Wimbledon in 1935 – where Britain's love affair with fruit squash was born.
Fast forward to the present day and the brand is still quenching the thirst of the millions of British families every day, with a focus on new innovations to bring more people more opportunities to enjoy refreshing fruit squash wherever they are. Robinsons is well known for its innovation and is recognised as a leader in sugar reduction, having removed all added sugar products from the Robinsons range in 2015, inspiring the nation to embrace the goodness in the everyday. We hold a prestigious Royal Warrant appointed by HM The Queen, which is a mark of recognition to those who have supplied goods or services to the Royal Households.
The range provides something for everyone and is widely available from supermarkets, convenience retailers and wholesalers. Robinsons Apple & Blackcurrant can also be found on dispense in fast food restaurants and the licensed trade.
- A staggering three million glasses of Robinsons are drunk every day in Britain – at 250ml a serve that's enough to fill 109 Olympic swimming pools a year.
- Robinson's Barley Water was officially served at the All England Lawn Tennis Championships in Wimbledon for the first time in 1935 where the gentlemen's singles was won by Great Britain's Fred Perry.
- Robinsons is the number one soft drinks brand in YouGov's Brand Health Index 2017 which measures consumers' perceptions of quality, value, satisfaction, reputation and whether they would recommend the brand to others.
- In 2017, Robinsons launched into the foodservice industry as a new dispense option for outlets.
- Robinsons is the number one squash brand in Great Britain.

R. White's
Over 170 years ago, Robert White and his wife Mary had one simple mission – to bring proper lemonade to the streets of London. Today, lemonade is an intrinsic part of British life. For many people, it was the first soft drink they tasted and its appeal among young people and adults has endured for decades.
Our Range
- R. White's Premium Lemonade
- R. White's Premium Diet Lemonade
- Raspberry Lemonade
R. White’s is a much loved British household name. The brand’s story began in 1845 when Robert and Mary White started selling home-brewed ginger beer from a wheelbarrow in London under Robert White's name. It was a simple one horse, one cart operation, and as its popularity developed throughout the late 1800s, the company became the South East’s favourite soft drinks company.
In 1914, during the First World War, over 100 R. White’s employees served in the armed forces and the company supplied the government with over half its horses and vans. At the outbreak of the Second World War, a great part of the vehicle fleet was commandeered by the government and used by the army. Three major factories were wiped out in London alone.
Despite the hardship of the blitz and rationing, R. White's survived. The company was taken over by Whitbread in the 1960s where the portfolio expanded with Orangeade, Dandelion & Burdock and Cream Soda, and was later absorbed by Britvic in 1986. Throughout this time, R. White's became better known for its popular Secret Lemonade Drinker advertising campaign which aired for the first time in 1973 and continued to run for 11 years.
In 2016, R. White's relaunched with a new design and new flavoured lemonades: Traditional Cloudy and Raspberry. The new range was crafted to appeal to adult drinkers and capitalise on the evolving lemonade category. Each flavour contains real juice and contains a maximum 56 calories per 330ml.
- Producing 60,000 bottles a day in the 1800s made R. White’s the first of soft drinks’ mass producers.
- By 1894 the brand had become the leading purveyor of lemonade in London with a capital of over £500,000, and, two years later, was appointed as a supplier for Napoleon and the Prince of Schleswig-Holstein.
- Fast forward to 1973 and The Secret Lemonade Drinker advert, which aired until 1984, was the brand's most famous advertising campaign and won a silver award at the 1974 International Advertising Festival. The infamous Secret Lemonade Drinker jingle was written and sung by Ross McManus – the father of Elvis Costello, who provided backing vocals.
- In 2018, sponsored by R. White’s, Scottish cyclist Mark Beaumont beat the British record for the distance travelled on a penny-farthing in one hour. It’s an achievement Robert and Mary would have been proud of – beating the previous best time set in 1891 and doing it in exactly the same spot – Herne Hill Velodrome in South London.

The campaign propelled the brand to success and became one of the most well-known TV adverts of all time.
Today Tango's beloved orange is one of the nation's favourite fruit flavoured soft drinks. Distributed nationwide, you will now find Tango sold in pubs, high street chain restaurants and all major supermarkets.
- The Tango brand has been expanded through various licensing agreements with third parties to bring its distinctive tang to a range of products, from chocolate bars and bon bons, to a shower gel and a bar of soap.

Our Range

- Maguary Life

The Maguary brand was founded in the city of Pedras de Fogo in 1953 by the Tavares de Melo family, the leading producers of concentrated pineapple juice in the region at the time. This concentrated juice became their signature product and a family favourite across Brazil, synonymous with quality and natural ingredients. From 1962 onwards, the family began to expand their portfolio to include cashew fruit, passion fruit, guava, mango, tamarind and grape flavours, and soon began exporting out of Brazil.
The brand continued to evolve, with dilution instructions being added to the on-pack labels throughout the 1970s and 1980s, and new formats being introduced to suit the grocery and on-the-go markets across Brazil. Today, Maguary is Brazil’s market leader in the juice concentrates and not-from-concentrate juices categories, offering a broad range of flavours, sizes and formats to meet the needs of today's consumers.
- The brand is named after the Maguari stork which is native to north east Brazil.
- Maguary cashew drinks are made from the cashew apple. The cashew apple is the fleshy part of the cashew fruit that is attached to the cashew nut. The top end of the cashew apple is attached to the stem that comes off the tree. The bottom end of the cashew apple attaches to the cashew nut, which is encased in a shell. The pulp of the cashew apple is very juicy with a strong sweet smell and taste, but the skin is fragile making it unsuitable for transport.
- Very popular in Brazil, cashew is present in the majority of Brazilian homes, mainly in juices but also in homemade sweets and mixed with cachaça, a distilled spirit made from fermented sugarcane juice.
- Maguary received the royal seal of approval from Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip after their visit to Brazil in 1968.

Our Range
Others have claimed this could be a result of 7UP originally being bottled in seven-ounce bottles, while competitor soft drinks were bottled in six-ounce bottle

Our Range
- Hint of Fruit

- Sparkling Water
- Water Coolers
The source of Ballygowan water was originally discovered in the 12th century by the Knights Templar. They named it Saint David’s Well and settled in the area.

You can also find it on dispense in fast food restaurants

- The brand has been supporting the Wimbledon Championships for 82 years, which is one of the longest sporting sponsorships in history.

TK Lemonade
Red Lemonade has been referred to as a ‘soft drink institution’ in Ireland.
Our Range
- Orange Lemonade
- White Lemonade
- Red Lemonade
The TK brand dates back to the 1800s and came about as a result of combining the genius of its creators, Taylor and Keith. Taylor was one of the first people in Ireland to create carbonated lemonade in 1888, but it was the madness of his business partner Keith who insisted that it should be red. The result is TK – a red lemonade that uniquely blends real craft and quality with great fun and refreshment.
To this day, the people of Ireland have a loyal affection for red lemonade. It holds a special place in Irish nostalgia and is a staple of Irish social occasions.
Despite its red colour (not pale yellow or white like most traditional types of lemonade) it does still have a lemon flavoured taste, and the Irish often use it as a mixer for whiskey.
