Britvic plc is one of Europe's leading soft drinks companies, with an enviable portfolio of market leading brands, such as Robinsons, J2O, Fruit Shoot, Tango and drench in GB, Mi Wadi, Energise Sport and Ballygowan in Ireland, and Teisseire, Fruite and Pressade in France. We also have exclusive bottling agreements with PepsiCo in the UK and Ireland for global brands such as Pepsi and 7Up.
Our current operations comprise Britvic Soft Drinks (GB), Britvic Ireland, and Fruite Entreprises (France). The group is completed by Britvic International which manages the export and franchise of many of our brands across more than 50 countries.
Collectively we employee approximately 2949 people, and sell 1.7bn litres of soft drinks each year, giving a group annual turnover of £1.0bn.
These numbers do not include Fruité Entreprises, which upon our acquisition in June 2010 had 518 employees and an annual turnover of £220m.
